Data Analyst

Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, or a related role.\n-Advanced SQL experience with large, complex datasets.\n-Python experience for data analysis and manipulation.\n-Experience with GCP/BigQuery or a comparable cloud data warehouse.\n-Experience combining and reconciling data from multiple disparate systems.\n-Experience with version control, ideally GitLab, and basic CI/CD concepts.\n-Strong business acumen with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into actionable data solutions.\n-Strong communication skills and experience partnering directly with engineering and business stakeholders. This individual will help build the analytics behind a decision-support solution that enables network engineers to determine which projects should move forward with material ordering each month to meet build goals.\n\nThe role will bring together data across budget, project readiness, build goals, and material availability to create a trusted view of which cell-site projects are ready to move forward and why.\n\nThis role requires strong technical data skills combined with business acumen. The ideal candidate can understand how large infrastructure projects progress through their lifecycle, translate ambiguous business questions into data requirements, and communicate insights effectively to engineering and business stakeholders.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n-Partner with engineering, planning, and business stakeholders to translate infrastructure needs into data requirements and analysis.\n-Combine and reconcile data across budget, project planning, build goals, inventory, and procurement systems.\n-Develop analyses to determine project readiness based on budget, equipment needs, project milestones, and material availability.\n-Translate business requirements into clear, documented analytical rules.\n-Use SQL and Python to analyze, validate, and maintain large datasets within GCP/BigQuery.\n-Identify data gaps and inconsistencies across disparate enterprise systems.\n-Build repeatable analyses and data-quality checks to support monthly planning decisions.\n-Communicate findings and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.\n-Support the development of user-friendly views that prioritize projects and explain recommendations.\n-Explore optimization or AI-assisted approaches where applicable.
