Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN for a Cardiac Stepdown unit in Peoria, IL. This travel assignment offers a rewarding opportunity to work within an acute care setting, focusing on stepdown patients including those transferred from ICU. Key responsibilities of the RN Cardiac Stepdown include:
- Provide expert care to stepdown patients from ICU
- Manage and interpret telemetry monitoring systems
- Titrate multiple drips including dopamine, dobutamine, and others
- Assist with the management of ventilated and trached patients
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements of the RN Cardiac Stepdown include:
- Active IL license or initiated application process
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Minimum of 2 years CVICU or Cardiac ICU experience
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
