Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct initial assessments of clients’ mental health status through comprehensive interviews and standardized assessment tools to ensure accurate diagnosis.

  Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments, client needs, and evidence-based practices, modifying them as necessary based on the client’s progress.

  Facilitate regular therapy sessions, utilizing techniques that resonate with clients from various cultural backgrounds, and provide therapeutic interventions that help clients manage their mental health challenges effectively.

  Document client interactions, treatment updates, and progress in electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate records and comply with healthcare regulations.

  Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care and provide appropriate referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility will be to work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals facing a range of issues such as depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Qualifications\n

  A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required for this position.

  Active and valid state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

  A minimum of two years of relevant experience providing clinical mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
