The Director of Operations is responsible for leading all production, maintenance, safety, environmental, quality, and operational activities at the Taylor, Texas facility. This role ensures the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant while delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. The Director of Operations serves as the primary operational liaison with customers and is accountable for achieving business objectives through strong leadership, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

• Ensurecompliance with company safety policies, environmental regulations,quality standards, and all regulatory requirements
• Directplant operations and maintenance activities to meet production,reliability, and customer commitments
• Leadand develop a high-performing operations and maintenance team focused onoperational excellence and continuous improvement
• Establishoperational priorities and coordinate resources across functions tosupport business objectives
• Further,you will foster a culture of safety, inclusion, accountability, andcontinuous improvement
• Developteam capabilities through coaching, succession planning, and talentdevelopment
• Leadchange initiatives that improve operational performance, customersatisfaction, and business results
• Buildpartnerships with Operations, Engineering, Reliability, Supply Chain,Commercial, and Customer teams to achieve strategic objectives
• Serveas the primary point of contact for customers regarding operationalperformance and supply reliability
• Andyou will maintain effective customer communication and resolve operationalconcerns to support long-term relationships
• DriveLean Six Sigma initiatives, productivity improvements, cost reductionprojects, and reliability improvements
• You will leadroot cause investigations, 8D reports, after-action reviews, andcorrective action plans related to operational events and supplyinterruptions
• Ensuretimely completion of action items resulting from audits, investigations,and continuous improvement initiatives
• Manageplant operating budgets, monitor financial performance, and supportcapital, maintenance, and long-range planning activities
• Trackand manage financial performance for routine operations and projectexecution activities

What makes you great

• Youhave a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimumten (10) years of experience in industrial gas, bulk, onsite, or relatedmanufacturing operations, including ten (10) years of leadershipexperience in plant or operations management required
• Demonstratedexperience leading operations, maintenance, continuous improvement, andoperational excellence initiatives; Lean Six Sigma certification preferred
• Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred
• Youhave strong leadership, team development, communication, and customerrelationship management skills
• Strongbusiness acumen with the ability to manage operational and financialperformance
• Provenproblem-solving, decision-making, planning, organizational, and executionskills
• Abilityto lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influenceresults across multiple functions.
• Youhave commitment to quality, reliability, and operational excellence
• Willingnessto travel periodically, participate in an on-call rotation, respond tooperational issues as needed, and carry a company-issued mobile device forbusiness communications
