Janitorial Custodian - 2nd Shift

Description The Janitorial Technician role within Real Estate Operations is responsible for routine office cleaning. This position is based in Westwood, MA. Responsibilities Cleaning, stocking and supplying designated facility areas on a regular basis (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, trash removal, etc.). Providing minor office relocations of furniture and/or contents. Communicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customers. Execute periodicals for deep cleaning tasks and special projects when required. Qualifications 1 or more years of experience in janitorial. Proven customer service experience and/or abilities. Ability to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracy. Ability to plan and prioritize workload. Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials High School Degree or Equivalent. Valid Driver’s License, required. Hours and Work Schedule Hours per Week: 40, overtime available. Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 3pm – 11pm. Pay Transparency The salary range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
