Master Assembler - Zone 5Bristol, IN (Main) Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $26.00 - 26.00What You'll Do:Must be able to follow instructions (both verbal & written), fluent in advanced print reading with limited information, work individually and in a team setting.Must be able to work independently with little or no direct supervision.Troubleshoot and repair assigned work.Must be proficient in work areas in Zones 1, 2, 4 & 5 to fill as needed to meet daily production goals.Update work order information in Aurora.Communicate effectively both verbally and written.Perform as a team member which requires the ability to learn, perform and rotate to other workstations.Perform the above within acceptable quality, quantity, performance, and safety standards.What You Need To Be Successful:HS Diploma or GEDMust be mechanically inclined and skilled with hand, air, and power tools.Must perform work proficiently and be detail oriented.Understand and uphold Quality Assurance standards.Must be flexible to work any zone.Must have strong computer skills using MS Office, knowledge of Aurora is a plus.Areas of expertise that will be factored into the candidate selection process are:Chassis Prep (Elec. & Risers)Interior track set for roll-up doorCab front floor buildHood setA/C trainingBumper set - HV 14Cowl set & prepRear door setHVAC install & hose routingSealing - basicsSidewall setAll shelvingStation 3 - Install door less panelInstallation of bumpers - HV29Station 3 - Install seatbelt bracketDash installationStation 3 - slider doorsAuxiliary heater installationFuel fill A/C charge - class trainingRoof buildAll cab optionsWhy Aebi Schmidt Group?Our people are our greatest asset, and your success is our success!
