Build trusted relationships with residents while supporting safety, treatment goals, daily routines, community participation, and practical life skills. Compensation: $18–$22 per hour Location: Las Vegas, Nevada What you will do Mentor residents and help them work toward individual treatment goals. Support daily living activities such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and personal care. Facilitate household routines, skill-building groups, activities, and community outings. Maintain assigned supervision levels and respond to safety or crisis concerns. Provide safe transportation in company vehicles when assigned. Complete timely service notes, incident reports, and other required documentation. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Six to twelve months of relevant experience is preferred. Experience supporting people with autism, oppositional defiance, conduct disorder, or related behavioral needs. Reliable attendance, clear communication, and willingness to work a scheduled residential shift. Ability to follow treatment plans, confidentiality requirements, and safety procedures.
