Restaurant Assistant General Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary with annual bonus potential Comprehensive healthcare coverage Paid vacation Complimentary parking Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications Prior experience in upscale casual dining environments with annual sales of $8 million or more Must be eligible for and maintain a SIDA badge to work within the airport ServSafe certification required Must maintain applicable state health and/or alcohol compliance card Restaurant Assistant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills Strong focus on hospitality and exceeding/elevating guest expectations Charismatic leadership style and ability to foster a team-oriented culture Process-driven approach with a commitment to consistent quality Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and coordinate multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Professional demeanor and neat appearance Restaurant Assistant General Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Support the General Manager in overseeing all daily operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant Monitor and maintain brand standards and service excellence Lead, motivate, and develop team members to ensure top performance and guest satisfaction Ensure the restaurant’s visibility and positive reputation within the airport Proactively address challenges and implement solutions, maintaining smooth workflow Uphold compliance with health, safety, and airport regulations This role offers the chance to grow with a committed hospitality group while making a daily impact on guest experiences.
