Strategic Capacity Planning Lead (Remote)

Datavant is seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce Planning to own strategic capacity planning for complex service-delivery operations. You will build the planning suite used to evaluate capacity, service, efficiency, and financial tradeoffs, leveraging Claude Code, Python, SQL, and BI tools.
You will work remotely from anywhere in the United States with ET hours, collaborate across multiple functions, and guide the team through rapid deployment and model refinement.
