Construction Project Manager III

We’re looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager III to lead projects of all sizes, including large-scale and complex commercial work. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary project leader from preconstruction through completion while helping guide project teams and strengthen client partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate project teams from project kickoff through closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, and risk to ensure successful outcomes Oversee project quality and deliver high-performing spaces for clients Drive communication and collaboration between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Support and mentor team members throughout the construction process Ensure safety standards and project commitments are consistently met Qualifications & Background: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience) 8+ years of construction project management experience leading commercial construction projects Experience managing complex ground-up construction projects across multiple structural systems including steel, wood, concrete, precast, and masonry Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational abilities Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and project demands Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore is a plus Interested?
