Position requires at least one year of current experience with customs entries in the freight forwarding industry and a valid U.S. work visa. Visa sponsorship is not available. The client is a global leader in logistics and supply chain management, providing comprehensive freight forwarding solutions across international borders with a robust partner network and advanced technology. The role responsible for end-to-end management of freight accounts: preparing all documentation to clear merchandise through U.S. Customs and Participating Government Agency (PGA), filing customs entries, obtaining releases, overseeing ISF filing, and managing bill of lading, commercial packing list, certificate of origin and other required documents. The candidate must demonstrate strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and provide thorough, prompt customer service. The position may also require signing documents on behalf of clients using power of attorney. Key responsibilities include: Preparing arrival notices, opening files and setting up file structures. Inputting data received from agents and freight forwarders. Filing customs entries for clearance and coordinating with customs and other government agencies. Managing releases, quarantine issues, fees and duty taxes. Performing customer service and addressing any tasks assigned by the manager, supervisor, or team lead. #J-18808-Ljbffr
