We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to contribute to a range of projects within our diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in civil engineering principles and experience in municipal services and site development. Key Responsibilities

Project Design: Develop detailed engineering designs for municipal and site development projects, including grading, drainage, and utility layouts.
Consultation: Provide site development consulting services, including feasibility studies and assessments for various land use projects.
Floodplain Management: Assist in floodplain management and analysis, including preparation of floodplain studies and mapping.
Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including planners, surveyors, and environmental scientists, to ensure project success.
Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and submit applications for permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Technical Documentation: Produce technical reports, specifications, and construction documents to support project deliverables.
Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their project needs and provide professional insights and solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred; Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Pennsylvania, Delaware, or Maryland is a plus.
2+ years of experience in civil engineering, particularly in municipal services and site development.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, along with strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to clients and stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in design and documentation.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
