Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a variable caseload of clients, establishing trustworthy relationships and maintaining professional boundaries to ensure ethical practice.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients, reviewing progress and outcomes while strategizing for future sessions or appropriate discharge planning.

• Create, implement, and supervise individual, client-centered treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Maintain detailed documentation including progress notes and assessments to comply with record-keeping protocols.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments with new clients to gather comprehensive background information.

• Provide individual therapy sessions, with a focus on personalized interventions tailored to each client's needs.

• Engage in regular individual supervision, fostering professional growth and ensuring adherence to clinical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you'll play an integral role in guiding clients through their therapeutic journey and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Florida.

• A minimum of one year of direct experience working with psychiatric patients and/or those with substance use issues.

• Experience in assessment, diagnosis, and facilitation of both individual and group therapy sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
