Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and functional limitations to identify rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, utilizing diverse treatment modalities such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and assistive devices.
• Regularly monitor and document patients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to deliver holistic care and achieve comprehensive rehabilitation goals.
• Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy research, techniques, and equipment to ensure the highest standard of care.
• Educate patients and their families on managing conditions, preventing injuries, and promoting healthy lifestyles, fostering a supportive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is mandatory. Additional qualifications such as a Master's or Doctorate degree are preferred.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
