Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients recovering from injuries, diseases, or surgeries and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise regimens, hands-on therapy, and the use of specialized equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed based on evaluation and feedback.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and families on using assistive aids and self-care techniques to promote independence.
• Maintain comprehensive records of treatments and patient interactions to ensure continuity of care and adherence to legal standards.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy by attending workshops, reviewing literature, and engaging with professional groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist with Harbor Trinity, you will work with a varied demographic ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients, each with distinct needs. Whether treating sports injuries in adolescents, post-operative rehabilitation for adults, or mobility enhancement for seniors, you will be instrumental in guiding individuals on their path to recovery. Qualifications

• A Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy, active in Florida.

• Computer proficiency, including experience with electronic health records and basic office software.
• Highly adaptable and capable of adjusting interventions based on patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
