Work Environment

Your work at Caring Physique Therapy Center will take place onsite at our dedicated rehabilitation facility in West Palm Beach. Key Responsibilities

As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, developing tailored treatment strategies that address their individual needs.
• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols for a diverse range of specialties, including orthopedic cases, pediatric patients, neuro-rehabilitation, and sports medicine.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills, contributing positively to both patient experience and overall clinic operations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes, ensuring all care plans are aligned with evidence-based practices.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions at patients' homes or at our facility, utilizing procedures and methodologies that reflect the prescribed plan of care.
• Educate and train patients and their caregivers on treatment protocols, self-management strategies, and recovery techniques.
• Meet established utilization goals and contribute to business performance metrics, reinforcing the sustainable growth of our practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• A valid State License for Physical Therapy
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience
• A current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, alongside strong computer literacy, enabling effective documentation and patient management

Preferred Experience

• Experience in diverse clinical settings, treating a broad range of conditions
• Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining relationships with patients and their families
