This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated, career-minded individual who is ready to learn every aspect of the business and develop into a leadership role.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Horticulture or a related field required.4+ years' experience ideally focused on one or more areas: Production Management, Greenhouse Operations, Nursery Supervisor or ManagementCareer-minded with a strong desire to grow into a General Manager position.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Strong work ethic and willingness to learn all aspects of nursery operations.Willing to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
