Base pay range $170,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr Job Summary Controller Support day-to-day accounting and timely, accurate financial reporting while strengthening controls and scaling processes. Reports to the CFO and partners across the business, including on audits and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities Accounting Operations: Manage GL, A/P, A/R, payroll, and bank reconciliations; prepare journal entries and account reconciliations; maintain policies and internal controls; mentor accounting staff. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Drive month-/year-end close under GAAP; prepare audit schedules and liaise with external auditors; support tax and regulatory compliance. Budgeting, Forecasting & Analysis: Provide data for plans/forecasts; analyze variances and trends; build concise reports/dashboards for leadership. M&A & Integration: Assist with diligence; standardize processes, systems, and reporting across acquired entities. Qualifications Required: BA/BS in Accounting/Finance; 5+ years progressive accounting experience; strong GAAP knowledge; proficiency in Excel and accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks Enterprise).
