Celtic Property Management is a growing property management company specializing in affordable multifamily housing communities. We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and dependable Bilingual Multi-Site Assistant Property Manager to support operations at our Chandler Gardens and Colonia Del Rey communities.

We are looking for a hands-on professional who takes initiative, demonstrates strong leadership potential, and understands the importance of compliance, resident satisfaction, and operational excellence.

This is an immediate hiring opportunity for a qualified candidate who is ready to make an impact!

• Assist with daily property management operations at two affordable housing communities.
• Support leasing activities, applicant screenings, move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy goals.
• Process applications, income verifications, annual recertifications, and interim certifications in accordance with LIHTC requirements.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and audit-ready resident files.
• Assist with rent collections, delinquency follow-ups, resident notices, and reporting.
• Address resident inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure work orders and property needs are addressed.
• Assist with property inspections, compliance reviews, and operational reporting.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Property Manager and Regional Manager.
• Travel between Chandler Gardens and Colonia Del Rey as operational needs require.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, company policies, and applicable affordable housing program requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in affordable housing property management, leasing, or assistant management.
• Working knowledge of income qualifications, tenant certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage responsibilities across two communities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi property management software experience preferred.
• Professional, dependable, proactive, and team-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between assigned properties.
