Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Belle Fourche, SD
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Schedule:
• Day Shift
• 38 Hours Guaranteed
• 5x8 Shifts
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long Term Care
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in a supportive rehabilitation setting.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide occupational therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery goals
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and rehabilitation goals
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and therapy records
Requirements:
• Active South Dakota OT license required
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long Term Care preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a rehabilitation team
• New graduates may be considered
