Exercise stop‑work authority for unsafe conditions and ensure corrective actions are implemented and verified. Oversee energized work, cutovers, and high‑risk operations in coordination with safety and commissioning teams. Client, GC & Stakeholder Engagement (15%) Represent STC professionally during owner, GC, and commissioning site walks and executive reviews.
