This 171-bed regional medical center is part of a nationally recognized healthcare delivery network committed to making communities healthier. The facility features state-of-the-art equipment including 2 endoscopy suites with ERCP/EUS capabilities, an on-campus clinic for seamless patient care, and an established referral network drawing from 120+ active medical staff members. Opportunity:
Gastroenterologist Job Details:
• Join a hospital-employed practice offering stability, growth, and strong community support
• Serve a high-demand community with strong need for GI care and favorable physician-to-population ratios
• Full scope practice including clinic, consults, and rounding with approximately 15+ patients per clinic day
• Flexible scheduling options including 7 on/7 off or customized schedules to support work-life balance
• Structured call schedule of approximately 10 days per month, including one weekend
• Dedicated Nurse Practitioner support for outpatient care
• Access to state-of-the-art facilities with 2 endoscopy suites and ERCP/EUS capabilities
• On-campus clinic location for convenient and seamless patient care
• Established referral network with 120+ active medical staff members
• Comprehensive benefits including base salary plus wRVU bonus structure
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
