LOAN ASSISTANT

Job Details Job Location: Tulsa Yale Branch - Tulsa, OK 74136As a Loan Assistant, you will provide assistance to designated Lending Officers related to all aspects of the loan process. You will oversee the entire loan process and serve as a liaison between our client, Lending Officer, and the Credit Administration team. This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. Hours vary depending on business needs. What you’ll need to be our Loan Assistant: High School Diploma or GED. Proficient use of a personal computer. Three-plus years of banking experience. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Visible leadership with a commitment to service. What you’ll do as a Loan Assistant: Ensure all necessary documentation is obtained in a timely manner and loans are accurate and compliant. Perform a variety of administrative duties such as pulling credit reports, completing requests for insurance, title work, and building new customer profiles on the system. Review and sort loan documents for closings such as preparing disbursement, completing loan checklists, and imaging loan packets. Provide designated Lending Officers with regular updates on the status of new loans and customer needs.
