Location: Nashville, TN or Weehawken, NJ (100% onsite)

Schedule: Friday - Tuesday | 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM (following training)

Role Description

Our client is seeking customer-focused professionals to join their Client Services team as a Customer Support Associate. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for branch employees and internal stakeholders, helping resolve inquiries and deliver an exceptional support experience.

Responsibilities

- Managing inbound phone, chat, and support requests in a multi-channel environment

- Assisting users with account services, processes, and system navigation

- Providing Tier 1 technical support and basic troubleshooting

- Logging, documenting, and escalating issues through ticketing systems

- Delivering timely and accurate resolutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

- Working effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities

- Following through on issues to ensure a positive customer experience

Skills & Requirements

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through

- Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

- Strong typing and written communication skills

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

- Preferred Technical Experience

- Active Directory

- Citrix

- Good for Enterprise

- Outlook and Microsoft Office troubleshooting

- Windows operating systems

- Basic networking concepts

- Remote access support tools

- Hardware troubleshooting (monitors, keyboards, mice, speakers, etc.)
