This newly opened, full-time contract opportunity calls for an experienced BCBA to provide direct, onsite behavioral support and leadership within a school setting near Charleston, SC.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be a certified BCBA in good standing
• Prior experience in a school or educational setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and support RBTs or other staff
• Skilled in creating and implementing effective behavioral programs
• Comfortable writing thorough reports and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct onsite supervision to team members supporting students with behavioral needs
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings to provide expertise and advocate for behavioral support plans
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans
• Regularly document and communicate progress through comprehensive reports
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to drive student success
