Float Member Service Advisor Rochester, NY ( Apply Job Type Full-time Description Status: Hourly/Non-exempt Location:Monroe County Branches (Brockport, Henrietta, Irondequoit & Webster) Shift/Hours:Full-time, based on business needs. Business hours areMonday-Thursday 9am-4pm, Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-12pm.Must be flexible to meet current and future business needs. General Summary: Do you have a passion for helping people? Our MSA's work directly with our members each and every day, they are a strong representation of the credit union and our culture! Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Professional and positive attitude, with a desire to help others Confidence to recommend products and services Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently as well as with a team Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays Required Training and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous cash handling, sales or customer service experience Physical Requirements: Use keyboard, monitor, telephone, and other standard office equipment. Lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds.
