Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Florida SLP License required
• Credentials considered: SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY
• Background in school-based and/or pediatric therapy
• Experience with a variety of communication disorders in children
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Complete thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and necessary reporting
• Participate in IEP meetings, student evaluations, and interdisciplinary planning
• Consult and communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
