A-Team Dental Staffing has partnered with an established, high-performing private dental practice in Los Angeles to hire an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator. This is a direct hire opportunity for a polished, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, systems-driven environment. This MGE practice is seeking a high-tone communicator who is confident presenting comprehensive treatment, overcoming patient objections, and helping patients move forward with their dental care. Position Details Position: Dental Treatment Coordinator Employment Type: Direct Hire Location: Los Angeles, CA Schedule: Monday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Thursday: Training / MGE (No Patients) Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Pay: Competitive Compensation (DOE) Job Description The Dental Treatment Coordinator is responsible for guiding patients through their treatment journey while creating value and urgency for diagnosed care. This individual will confidently present treatment plans, review financial options, coordinate scheduling, and build lasting patient relationships. The ideal candidate is highly organized, personable, and motivated by helping patients achieve optimal oral health while supporting the practice's production goals. Responsibilities Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and professionalism Educate patients on the benefits and importance of recommended treatment Review insurance benefits and financial arrangements Discuss payment options and assist patients with financing solutions Schedule treatment efficiently to maximize provider productivity Follow up on unscheduled treatment and outstanding cases Build trust and rapport while addressing patient questions and concerns Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care Utilize Open Dental for patient records and scheduling Utilize Weave for patient communication and follow-up Help achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals If you're a high-energy Treatment Coordinator who excels at building patient relationships, presenting treatment with confidence, and helping patients say "yes" to dentistry, we'd love to hear from you.
