Your Impactful Role: As an Instructional Systems Designer, you'll be at the forefront of designing high-quality, engaging learning solutions tailored to meet the needs of our manufacturing teams. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing safety, quality, and productivity across our operations. By creating immersive learning experiences, you'll play a crucial role in preparing our workforce for successful launches and operational excellence. What You'll Do: Collaborate with manufacturing experts to identify learning needs and develop strategies that align with business goals. Design and develop multi-modal learning assets, including eLearning, workshops, simulations, and job aids. Utilize models like ADDIE and SAM to create practice-focused learning activities that address real manufacturing challenges. Manage projects using agile design approaches, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with manufacturing priorities. What We're Looking For: 4+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or eLearning, particularly in manufacturing settings. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory. Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office, Articulate, and video design software. Excellent communication skills to translate complex concepts into clear learning content. Preferred Skills: Experience with scenario-based learning, action-based learning, and performance support tools. Knowledge of safety systems, quality processes, and lean/continuous improvement.
