Key Responsibilities Partner with the President and senior leadership to design and execute people and culture strategy aligned with growth objectives. Lead talent acquisition, development, and succession planning to build high-performing teams. Modernize HR systems, policies, and processes for scalability and efficiency. Drive employee engagement and embed a culture of accountability, trust, and continuous improvement. Oversee compensation, benefits, and compliance, ensuring competitive, transparent, and equitable practices. Guide the organization through change with clarity, empathy, and consistency. The Ideal Candidate 10+ years of progressive HR leadership, with proven success as a strategic partner to executives. Experience leading cultural transformation and organizational design. Strong background in HR systems, talent development, and performance management. Adept at using data and metrics to inform decision-making. Collaborative, emotionally intelligent, and values-driven leader. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification preferred. Experience in manufacturing or consumer products environment strongly desired; family-owned business experience is a plus. Why This Role?
