Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary A local wealth management firm in Greenville, SC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join its team in a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who enjoys a blend of administrative support, client interaction, and marketing coordination. The Marketing Coordinator will serve as a first point of contact for clients and visitors while supporting day‑to‑day office operations, marketing projects, client communications, social media, website updates, and event coordination. This position offers the chance to work closely with a collaborative team and support brand initiatives that help strengthen client engagement and community presence. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, greeting clients and visitors, and helping create a professional, welcoming office experience. Provide administrative support including scheduling, filing, document preparation, mailings, records maintenance, supply ordering, and general office coordination. Assist with marketing initiatives including social media scheduling, content coordination, graphics, website updates, and marketing material preparation. Support client events and seminars by assisting with invitations, logistics, materials, follow‑up communications, and event execution. Track social media and website performance metrics and assist with compiling monthly analytics reports. Coordinate office equipment, inventory, meeting rooms, client‑facing materials, and special projects to support efficient daily operations. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity. Salary range: $44,000 to $47,000 per year. Location: Greenville, SC.
