Project Manager

DescriptionThis position will supervise our client’s construction team while managing commercial projects end-to-end—from preconstruction through closeout—ensuring safe execution, timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with client objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee the Construction team as well as all phases of construction projects from planning through completion.Provide leadership, delegation, and mentorship to project coordinators, engineers, and other team members.Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, cost projections, and profit forecasts.Direct and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and support staff.Prepare, review, and manage owner contracts and subcontract agreements.Negotiate and award subcontracts and vendor agreements.Participate in design development, preconstruction planning, and budget preparation.Lead project milestone meetings including kickoff, progress, and closeout meetings.Conduct jobsite coordination meetings and prepare status reports.Manage change orders and ensure accurate documentation and budget adjustments.Oversee project closeout including punch list, final cost reconciliation, billing, and fee collection.Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, labor laws, and environmental requirements.Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture onsite.RequirementsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredMinimum 6 years of commercial construction experienceExperience managing projects in the $1M–$30M+ rangePrior field experience and estimating/preconstruction exposure preferredStrong understanding of project scheduling and cost control principlesKnowledge of estimating techniques and material pricingFamiliarity with project management and construction software platformsWorking knowledge of sitework, building systems, and construction methodsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsDemonstrated professionalism, integrity, and customer-focused mindsetWillingness to travel and/or relocate as project needs requireCompensation & BenefitsThe targeted salary range for this position is $120K-$140KFull benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO + Paid HolidaysJob typePerm
