At Paul Davis, we don't just rebuild spaces - we restore comfort, function, and style when people need it most. We're looking for a Designer who can take a vision and turn it into a thoughtful, functional, and visually compelling reality. This isn't a siloed design role. You'll be at the center of it all; working with clients, Sales, and Project Managers to shape spaces from concept through completion.

What You'll Do

• Meet with clients and guide them through selections—cabinetry, countertops, flooring, finishes, fixtures, and more
• Develop design concepts and layouts (CAD experience is a plus, but not required)
• Partner closely with Sales and Project Managers to align design with scope, budget, and timeline
• Recommend solutions that balance aesthetics, function, and cost
• Manage ordering of materials and coordinate with vendors to keep projects moving
• Support projects from start to finish—answering questions and helping solve design challenges along the way
• Maintain and elevate our showroom—keeping it organized, current, and inspiring
• Stay on top of trends, materials, and new products to bring fresh ideas to the table

What You Bring

• 2+ years of experience in design, remodeling, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Knowledge of materials, finishes, and basic construction concepts
• CAD or design software experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license and ability to visit job sites as needed
