Lead Registered Nurse

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Lead Registered Nurse in Houston, Texas! This role is onsite / in person. Type: Three‑month contract, opportunity for extension or full time offer Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Pay: $45.30 to $47.30 per hour Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient care plans across providers, departments, and services. Perform clinical triage via phone, EMR messaging, or in person. Review labs, imaging, and clinical results and escalate appropriately. Prepare patients for procedures and ensure pre‑op requirements are met. Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow‑up care. Manage referrals and authorizations (especially in outpatient settings). Document all clinical interactions in the EMR accurately and timely. Serve as primary point of contact between patient, family, and care team. Monitor patient progress and intervene when care gaps appear. Support quality improvement initiatives within the department. Other duties may be assigned as required. Qualifications Associate degree. Active and good standing RN license in Texas. Three plus years of RN experience. Care coordination or case management experience (1+ year preferred). Strong clinical triage skills.
