Constituent Relations Associate

Constituent Relations Associate Responsible for managing front‑desk activities, handling all incoming calls, maintaining the reception area, greeting visitors, sorting incoming mail and deliveries, and executing administrative and clerical tasks. The role involves frequent telephone and in‑person contact with attorneys, crime victims, and constituents, and requires exercising independent judgment within established guidelines. Knowledges, Skills, Abilities and Personal Characteristics Candidate should exhibit a positive and professional demeanor, communicate policy and procedure information clearly to diverse audiences, and resolve issues courteously and promptly. Multilingual ability is preferred but not required. Salary and Benefits $45,000 – $55,000, depending on experience Full benefits package including medical, dental, and eyeglass coverage for employee and dependents Paid vacation, sick, and personal leave, plus paid holidays Minimum Qualifications High‑school diploma or equivalent Preferred: additional certification in Office Management or experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role Special Requirements Must possess a valid New York State driver’s license at the time of appointment and throughout employment.
