Senior Manager, Private Equity Fund Accounting We are partnering with a leading fund administrator seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the delivery of fund accounting and administration services for a portfolio of private equity clients. Key Responsibilities Oversee fund accounting and administration for private equity funds and related investment vehicles. Act as a senior relationship contact for clients, managing service delivery and resolving complex accounting matters. Review NAV calculations, capital calls, distributions, management fees, carried interest and investor allocations. Review quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP. Coordinate year-end audits, tax reporting and other client deliverables. Lead new fund launches, client onboarding and fund conversions. Manage, mentor and develop a team of fund accounting professionals. Monitor workflows, deadlines and service levels across multiple client relationships. Partner with internal teams, auditors, tax advisers and other third-party providers. Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, improve processes and enhance client service. Candidate Profile Extensive private equity fund accounting experience within a third-party fund administrator. Strong understanding of private equity fund structures, waterfalls, carried interest and investor allocations. Proven experience managing client relationships and multiple deliverables. Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting requirements. Previous experience leading and developing fund accounting teams. Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
