Delivering such robust, personalized, and preventive health care is complex and requires a team-wide dedication to excellence.After successfully opening our flagship Institute in New York in 2022 and expanding to South Florida in 2024, we are now bringing the Atria experience to the West Coast with the launch of our Los Angeles Institute in late spring 2026.Medical Laboratory Technician RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to join our physician office laboratory team. This role supports both waived and moderate complexity testing in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely results while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.ResponsibilitiesPerform waived and moderate complexity testing under supervisionCollaborate closely with clinical and operations teamsPrepare, label, and process specimens accuratelyOperate and maintain laboratory instruments (chemistry, hematology, POC devices)Perform and document quality control (QC) proceduresEnter and verify results in the EMR (Athena)Review patient visit requirements in the EMRPrepared for next-day patient visits by organizing required specimen collection tubes and visit materialsAssist with send-out testing and specialty kitsMaintain inventory and ensure proper supply levelsFollow all CLIA, OSHA, and safety guidelinesDemonstrates flexibility in supporting daily operational needsCompensation: $30-34
