The incumbent also ships documents as requested by colleagues and takes in mail and other packages.Essential Job Functions:Take in US mail and carrier packages, sort and distribute as neededProcess closing packages, ship Notes and Allonges, and document per office policies and proceduresShip other documents as requestedMay drop off packages at UPS StoreTake in returned equipment and storeOther duties as requestedRequirementsQualifications and Abilities:Associate's degree in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.Self-motivated, "can-do" attitudeMaturity, work ethic, and focus to get the job done reliablyAccuracy and attention to detailGeneral knowledge of mortgage products and processes
