Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Rehabilitation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 36 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: None specified Must-Have: SNF-only background Description: General Comments: Unit Information: Number of Beds: 44 Number of Staff: 46 Type of Staff: - Day Shift: 1 charge nurse, RNs, LPNs, techs, and 1 secretary - Night Shift: 1 charge nurse with RNs, LPNs, and techs Patient Ratios: - 5-6:1 for RNs - 10-15:1 for techs Type of Equipment: Hoyer lifts, IVs, PEGs, trachs, PD and wound care EMR: Yes Typical Hiring Profile: Skill Set Most Recruited For: Travel RNs, local CNAs, and sitters Preferred or Nice to Have: Candidates with Med-Surgical or Telemetry background Typical Procedures Performed on Unit: Med pass and basic med-surgical nursing Best Personality Fit: Team player, positive attitude Dress Code: Scrub Color: Navy Awards/Recognition: Multiple awards for excellence in rehabilitation.
