Registered Nurse LTAC / Long-Term Acute Care

Contract | Night Shift | 36 Hours Per Week | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within a Long-Term Acute Care / Long-Term Care setting during night shift hours
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions, progress, and responses to treatment
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while maintaining compliance with regulatory and facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) or Long-Term Care (LTC) environment
- Ability to work night shifts on a 36-hour per week schedule
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel or contract nursing experience
- Familiarity with long-term care documentation and compliance requirements
