Clinical Research Coordinator

Clinical Research Coordinator – Wake Research (M3) Location: Las Vegas, NV (On‑site) Position Summary: The Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) works under the guidance of the clinical research site management and Principal Investigator (PI). While the PI leads the overall conduct of the trial, the CRC manages, supports, facilitates, and coordinates daily clinical trial activities and plays a critical role in study execution. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist the trial Investigator in screening and reviewing the eligibility of potential study participants Maintain case report forms, charts, and documentation Mentor, train, and provide high‑level oversight of other CRCs and research assistants Ensure all clinical activities comply with the protocol, regulations, policies, and procedural requirements Collect and enter data as required Support management with new hire selection and shadowing process Assist with study start‑up, maintenance, and close‑out of studies as needed Be flexible with study assignments Qualifications At least two years of clinical research coordinator experience Phlebotomy experience highly preferred Previous experience as a medical assistant, LPN, or RN Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn quickly, understand complex protocols, follow detailed directions, and multitask Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA Guidelines Extensive clinical‑trial knowledge through education and/or experience Completed GCP Certification; Advanced CRC certification preferred Detail‑oriented Familiarity with the Code of Federal Regulations as they pertain to human‑subject protection Strong interpersonal skills Benefits Competitive wages and the following benefits: 401(k) with matching Dental insurance Disability insurance Employee assistance program Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance *M3 reserves the right to change this job description to meet the business needs of the organization. *This position offers a competitive salary of $25/hour – $35/hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
