Sous Chef – Buford, GA

A highly anticipated new restaurant is coming to Buford, and we're looking for a talented Sous Chef to help lead the opening team. This is an incredible opportunity to build something from the ground up alongside an experienced leadership team in one of the fastest-growing dining destinations in Buford.

If you're passionate about scratch cooking, developing high-performing kitchen teams, maintaining exceptional food quality, and creating memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you. We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment and takes pride in mentoring others while maintaining the highest culinary standards.

What You'll Do

• Assist in leading all back-of-house operations

• Coach, develop, and inspire the culinary team

• Ensure consistency, quality, and execution of every dish

• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen cleanliness standards

• Manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and food cost controls

• Partner with the Executive Chef to drive operational excellence

• Help create a positive, energetic, team-first culture

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of kitchen leadership experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager

• Scratch kitchen experience strongly preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Passion for training and developing others

• Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment

• Commitment to delivering exceptional food and hospitality

Compensation & Benefits

• $60,000–$65,000 base salary
