MEP Project Manager

Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking an MEP Project Manager in Seattle, WA to lead mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction on a high-impact, mission-critical project.

Impact
- Deliver a complex MEP scope on a large-scale mission-critical facility
- Coordinate multiple trade disciplines to ensure seamless system integration
- Drive schedule performance through proactive planning and resource management
- Maintain quality and safety standards across all mechanical and plumbing systems

Responsibilities
- Manage full MEP project scope including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with general contractor, owner, and design teams on scope changes and RFIs
- Oversee procurement of major mechanical equipment and coordinate delivery logistics
- Lead weekly coordination meetings with trade partners and field supervision
- Review shop drawings, submittals, and field installation for code compliance
- Track project financials including cost-to-complete forecasts and change order management
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and commissioning requirements

Requirements
Must-Haves
- 7+ years of MEP or mechanical construction project management experience
- Experience on mission-critical or data center projects
- Strong understanding of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical system coordination
- Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with commissioning and startup processes
- Degree in construction management or engineering
- PMP or LEED certification
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and clash detection
