On-Site Growth-Focused CFO: Build Systems & Scale

Improveit Home Remodeling seeks a hands-on CFO to build a scalable financial engine that supports rapid growth across multi-market operations. You will partner with the COO and executive team to translate performance into strategy, optimize margins, and modernize systems.
You will lead forecasting, budgeting, internal controls, and financial reporting, while developing a capable finance organization that can drive decisive, data‑driven decisions across the business.
