Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Basic welding and cutting torch operation skills Basic electrical, mechanical diagnostics, and repair skills Understanding of tire ination systems Knowledge and ability to mount and dismount tires Basic diagnostic tool skills Ability to schedule and prioritize daily tasks Must adhere to company uniform and appearance standards Professional and appropriate interaction with internal and external customers Ability to comprehend and follow verbal and written instructions for tools, equipment, machinery and, or materials used to power, hand, diagnostic tools operate material handling equipment Must be capable of driving company equipment including class 8 tractors working conditions Must be able to work an exible schedule and be able to vary the start and nish times, possibly including weekends and holidays Basic computer skills Each technician needs to provide their own tools Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or GED Knowledge acquired through 3-5 years of relevant work experience D.O.T.
