You will not be learning from the sidelines. You will be actively developing the skills, habits, and knowledge needed to build and lead a successful agency. As you grow through the program and reach the required premium goals, you may have the opportunity to graduate into your own Farmers agency — without needing the initial capital review typically required for agency ownership.
