Hotel Broker (Commercial Real Estate Agent)

A hotel brokerage with offices in Paradise Valley/Scottsdale (Headquarters), San Francisco, Dallas, Las Vegas, and Miami is seeking a hotel broker/associate. The associate will work in the Paradise Valley/Scottsdale headquarters. This position is focused exclusively on the sale of hotel lodging assets within the United States. The associate will be contacting current and past clients as well as prospecting new clients via cold calls. The associate will have the opportunity to assist other brokers within the firm in marketing and completing transactions. Daily activity will include conducting market research, tracking transactions, meetings, and touring properties. Requirements & Skills: Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Have an entrepreneurial and team mindset. Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information. Understand Excel. Ability to learn internal systems. Hold a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, real estate, or hospitality-related field. Hold or be able to obtain a real estate license (within 120 days). Ability to travel frequently and on short notice. Strong understanding of personal finance and money management. Be able and willing to cold call. Be able to understand and/or learn commercial real estate lending requirements. This position is 100% commission-based.
