What Sets Us Apart: Physician autonomy that supports a healthy work-life balance, with greater control over your practice, schedule, staff, and more A collaborative culture where physicians are supported and have access to leadership Innovative care model with dedicated support services that support physician wellness, efficiency, and quality of care Career fulfillment and satisfaction, delivering care at a significantly lower cost than hospitals Robust infrastructure, proven best-practice training, and transparent reporting that connect quality care with financial sustainability An environment free from hospital bureaucracy that allows faster decision-making Practice Details: Join a well-run, value-based, longitudinal care practice with Medicare Advantage panel management, providing high-quality, coordinated care Working alongside 1 Internal Medicine Physician partner, 2 Nurse Practitioners, 4 Medical Assistants, an Office Manager, and others Support staff function at the top of their training, assisting with in-basket management, refills, prior auths, and care coordination Care Management resources available, extending care outside of the clinic Choose either an outpatient-only model or a traditional clinic-plus-inpatient model that utilizes hospitalists Monday-Friday: No Nights, Weekends, or Holidays Clinic hours: Monday - Thursday 8:20a to 4:45p Friday 8:20a to 12:00p Initial Schedule: 4.5 days patient care with .5 days set aside for administrative work Call: Phone only, shared with Nurse Practitioners and another Esse Health clinic 1:4 weekends, call is triaged first 1:5 weeknights, low to no calls typically Volume: Gradual onboarding ramp-up to build confidence with the EMR, patient care, flow, and coding Target at least 18 patients/day as comfort and efficiency increase for financial success Opportunity to incorporate sub-specialty care and mentor medical students and residents if desired Flexibility to focus on clinical areas of interest (e.g., ADHD, mental health, womens health, LGBTQ+ care, and more) Lean Clinical Practice Model: Streamlines patient care, standardizing workflows, optimizing team roles, and using data-driven continuous improvement to reduce wait times, lower costs, and improve quality NextGen EMR AI scribe technology and Dragon dictation available What We Offer: Shareholder track 3-Year guaranteed salary Your success is in your hands No cap on earning potential: Physicians are earning $350K-$750K on average 4 weeks paid time off, with even more flexibility as a shareholder 9 paid holidays and 5 paid days for CME Profit sharing based on total years in practice 7% for 0-9 years, 11% for 10+ years Eligible for sign-on, relocation, CME allowance, and retention bonus 401k with match Available benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Long/Short Term Disability, Health Savings Account/Flexible Spending Account, Fraud Protection, Legal, Pet and other miscellaneous Requirements: MD or DO Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible with plans to certify (AB or AOA) Illinois licensed or eligible to obtain licensure in Illinois To Learn More or to Apply, Contact: View email address on click.appcast.io Schedule a time to meet!
