Description Rehabilitation Coordinator - PT, OT, SLP at Providence Portland Medical Center in Portland, Oregon. This is a part-time position offering flexible day shift hours between Monday-Friday. 3, 8 hour shifts from 8am-4:30pm is preferred (no weekends or holidays). The Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF) Admission Coordinator for the inpatient rehabilitation unit is an expert professional who is responsible for coordinating and facilitating access to inpatient rehabilitation services. This position is accountable for monitoring of appropriate utilization of unit services in accordance with current Center for Medicare/Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines and regulations. Required qualifications Master's Degree Upon hire: Oregon Occupational Therapist License. Or Upon hire: Oregon Physical Therapist License. Or Upon hire: Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
