Join our team and help build engineering solutions that change the industryAbout the Role:The Product Service Consultant Engineer eTech will support new products or changes to existing productsAdditional Information:Preferred Location: Midland, TexasAdditional Location: Fort Worth TexasThis role requires 50% travelThis role does not offer sponsorshipRelocation assistance is availableWhat Will You Do:Serve as the primary technical resource for customers and dealers, providing electrical systems expertise, troubleshooting support, and on-site guidance to resolve complex product and performance issues.Partner with customers, service teams, manufacturing, and product development to translate field feedback into product improvements that enhance quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction.Investigate product quality and reliability concerns, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve overall product performance.Evaluate manufacturing and design processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide engineering recommendations that optimize product quality, serviceability, and production efficiency.Communicate technical specifications, product updates, and service recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders while tracking and managing product issue resolution.Travel extensively (up to 50% or more, including domestic and international travel) to support customers, conduct field investigations, deliver training, and develop deep subject matter expertise in electrical systems and product applicationsTop Candidates Will Have:Electrical engineering and/or electrical technology experienceSkills You Will Have:Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutionsService Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.Consulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.Technical Excellence: Knowledge of a given technology and various application methods; ability to develop and provide solutions to significant technical challenges.Summary Pay Range:$97,530.00 - $146,290.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
